It’s World Autism Awareness Day!

As you probably already know, today (April 2nd) is autism awareness day. Aiden’s Awesomeness has decided to celebrate the day by granting all donors access to enter our many giveaways and receive discounted iPad 2 entries! This is the ONLY day you will be able to take advantage of our giveaways without attending one of our physical fundraising events (Jump!Zone April 21st, Board Gaming Day May 24th, and others).
What we have to offer:
-4 general admission tickets and movie passes to the Connecticut Science Center.

- Bikram Yoga in the Valley gift basket.
- Annual family membership to Stepping Stones Museum for Children.

What you need to do:
Each giveaway entry is only $1 (except iPad 2 entries; see below). Go to www.walknowforautismspeaks.org/greaterhartford/bkalajian and you can put your entries in for whatever prize you want. Any combination is fine.
Contact bkalajian@aidensawesomeness.org with your giveaway preferences and contact information. Donate as much as you like. There is no cap on the number of entries you are allowed! The walk site does require a minimum $20 donation. If you want to donate less than $20, please make your request to bkalajian@aidensawesomeness.org and I can let you know what to do.

Come enjoy unlimited board game play and a chance to win one of our many prizes. Attending also provides you with access to our many giveaways, including tickets to the Connecticut Science Center, annual family membership to Stepping Stones Museum for Children, Barnes & Noble gift bag, Bikram Yoga in the Valley gift basket, and more. There will be board games for adults and children to enjoy. Feel free to bring your favorite games along as well.

This year Aiden’s Awesomeness is giving away a brand new, 16gb Apple iPad 2 to raise money for Autism Speaks. Interested in winning? Here is what you need to do:
1. Go to http://www.walknowforautismspeaks.org/greaterhartford/bkalajian and donate at least $20. Want to enter yourself more than once? No problem. Donate $40 for 2 entries, $60 for 3 entries, etc.* 100% of your donation goes straight to Autism Speaks.
2. Once you’ve made your donation, email bkalajian@aidensawesomeness.org with your name, phone number, and mailing address. We need this information so that we know how to reach you when you win.
3. You receive a confirmation from us that you have been entered to win.
The winner will be randomly drawn on June 4th and notified by phone, e-mail, and on our website.

Cora is a beautiful, 12” plush, handmade doll created for us by Sophie & Lili. Cora is an Aiden’s Awesomeness exclusive doll, and only 20 of her have been made.
We’ll be selling Cora dolls for $35, with an additional $5 if you’d like her shipped to you. 60% of Cora sales will go to Autism Speaks, with the rest covering the cost of the doll.

Jump!Zone Party!
We’ve just launched our Events page! We’ve even listed our first event, a party at Jump!Zone in Canton, CT!
We’ve got a 2 hour block from 6pm to 8pm on April 21st. We need a minimum of 50 kids, and we can hold up to 85. We’ll also have opportunities to enter for other giveaways during the event.
Tickets are first come, first serve, and cost $10. Please RSVP by April 16th so we can get an accurate head count.
